This is an update on the current situation as of 29th July regarding the Chuchdown Book Fair.
Although there will be no Churchdown Book Fair in August, Churchdown Community Centre is currently looking at how they are going to reopen and going through the risk assessment process to ensure events can take place safely.
This means that we may have news of when the Book Fair will be able to take place again before too long – so ‘watch this space’ as the saying goes.
In the meantime, in case you’re all missing your monthly fix, we thought we’d let you know that some of our bookdealers are still selling online at the moment.
Clicking on each of the links below will take you directly to their online listings. If you want to know more about any of the dealers check out this list of the Bookdealers who regularly stand at the fair.
Why not sit down with a cup of coffee and a piece of cake and browse through some of their books:

As the easing of the lockdown progresses there may well be more of our dealers who are able to trade online again, so keep checking back for updates.
We hope you are all keeping safe and well and look forward to seeing you again at the fair in the not too distant future. If you need to get in touch our details are in ‘Dates and Details for 2020’ link at the top of the page. Best wishes, Terry and Jane Sims.
